LYLIS

Light remembered.
Light embodied.
Light shared.

LYLIS is a living circle dedicated to the remembrance and embodiment of light in everyday life.

The Sanctuary in Antibes is its first home.

More are becoming.

We live in an age of unprecedented stimulation, acceleration, and complexity.

Information has never been more accessible.
Performance has never been more valued.
Distraction has never been more abundant.

Yet clarity remains increasingly difficult to access.

Over time, constant input, sustained pressure, and continuous adaptation can distance us from our own internal signal.

We continue to function, perform, and achieve — yet the capacity to listen, reflect, and orient ourselves clearly may gradually diminish.

You may be navigating sustained pressure, accelerated growth, increasing responsibility, or a period of significant transition.

An important decision may be approaching.

Success may have arrived, yet clarity has become harder to access.

Or perhaps life is quietly asking for a new chapter.

This work is designed to create the conditions for a different conversation.

One where perspective returns.

Where the nervous system can settle.

And where clarity is no longer something to pursue, but something that naturally emerges.

Sessions may support:

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Leadership and decision-making clarity
  • Creative recalibration
  • Burnout prevention and recovery
  • Transition and restructuring phases
  • Embodiment and lifestyle alignment

Available online and/or through immersive private sessions at LYLIS Sanctuary in Antibes.

Meet the Founder

Magali Mazzei is the founder of LYLIS Sanctuary in Antibes, Côte d’Azur — a private Mediterranean sanctuary dedicated to clarity, nervous system regulation, and meaningful restoration.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience across Raja Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, breathwork, and immersive retreat design, she has developed a distinctive approach that bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding of human performance and wellbeing.

Her work draws equally from decades of study and from the lived experience of crossing many thresholds — distilling the nectar of those journeys into a grounded approach to clarity, resilience, and meaningful transformation.

Through private immersions, executive resets, and transformational experiences, she supports leaders, creatives, founders, and decision-makers navigating change, crossing thresholds, or responding to a quiet call for greater alignment in a world of constant acceleration.

The only certainty in life is change. The threshold is how we meet it.

Her work is rooted in one central principle:

Clarity emerges when the nervous system stabilises.

The LYLIS Approach

The Architecture of Alignment

The Intelligence of Polarities

Human experience is shaped through polarities:

Action and restoration, structure and flow, intimacy and autonomy, performance and presence.

Within modern life, many individuals experience a growing fragmentation between these internal forces — often expressed through relationships, sexuality, emotional regulation, creativity, and the relationship to the body itself.

At LYLIS Sanctuary, these dimensions are approached not through performance or identity, but through awareness, embodiment, and nervous system regulation.

Our personal history, relational experiences, family dynamics, cultural conditioning, and inherited patterns all influence the way we relate to ourselves and to others.

Through guided immersive work, space is created to observe these patterns with greater clarity and restore a more coherent internal balance.

The process is about reconnecting with a more regulated, embodied, and integrated relationship to oneself — where opposing forces no longer remain in conflict, but can begin to coexist with greater awareness and alignment.

“As one of our esteemed certified educators, Magali has a git for nurturing others in a way that helps them feel balanced and completely at peace. She authentically lives what she teaches and is a  wonderful expression of wellbeing – body, mind and spirit.”
