Opening Up The Senses

In the heart of the French Riviera lies the dreamingly beautiful Lylis L’Atelier surrounded by green hills and blossoming gardens. A magical and powerful place with an ideal ambience to rediscover one ‘s inner world and find new inspiration. During a 3-day workshop the participants learn to breath consciously, they learn about the essentials of the Ayurvedic diet and life style and discover the beneficial effects of Yoga and meditation.

From July 2017 Fridays from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Arrival is possible on Fridays from 2:00 p.m.
